PRB:    Saving documents compatible with previous versions of Office

SYMPTOMS

Not able to open documents created with Office 2007 with Office 2003 or previous versions.

RESOLUTION

1.       Click the Round Office button

2.       Select Save As, and then click on Word 97-2003 document on the right popup.

This method is interchangeable throughout the various Office suite programs.
